The press conference to introduce the19th National Design Master Award,”CowParade” Creative Design Competition was held at the Eslite Spectrum Suzhou in the city of Suzhou, China on May 6, 2017.The Master Award this year highlighted its collaboration with CowParade to gather both parties together in an effort to share cooperative ideas. Many cultural elements (e.g. custom clearance stamps, wooden crates, cans, imported goods and childhood snacks) were linked together through a well-designed storyline. The hotel architectural and interior design teams transferred these elements to a unique design language in combination of both artistic and modern design styles.

Apart from introduction of the future development trend and new business model of the “Dashi Award”, the press conference unveiled a new brand image and slogan, marking official release of the new image of “Dashi Award”.

As a witness of Chinese influence in design over the past 18 years, the Dashi Award this year (in its19th year) was going to make a number of significant changes with a view to transferring the design value to commercial value and training Chinese design force based on its previous experience in organizing the design competition, thus making the Dashi Award more than a design competition. It’s my second visit to Xunliao Bay, a beautiful place known as the Maldives of the East! With a long coastline and a vast of beach full of fine white sand, Xunliao Bay is an important resort within three hour drive from the Pearl River Delta region, and also a great place that has attracted many developers. Our client, AVIC Real Estate, is one of the few developers who have well preserved the natural landscape of coats, mountains, lakes and forests in development projects.

Yuhai is a coastal resort center developed by AVIC Real Estate in Xunliao Bay in recent years, and boasts of diversified natural landscape, including coasts, mountains, lakes and forests. There are demands for hotels providing short-term accommodation, apparent hotels and private villas for both residence and investment purposes. Thus, it’s the main task of the bat365在线平台  team to find a proper position for the future development of Yuhai.

The key task of this project also includes exploration of the abundant natural resources and landscape of Xunliao Bay, its coastline, beach, yachts, small islands, lake cycling, mountains, fishermen and seafood as well as the local culture. Xunliao has a fairly primitive fishermen culture. People live on fishing from generation to generation, and are grateful for the sea and know how to live with nature. They have their unique fishing culture where we got great inspiration.

The project includes the overall planning of the street and its supporting facilities, and is expected to be a new landmark and attraction of Nantong city.

Zhang Jian, father of Nantong, made great contribution to the present Nantong city, and also had a certain influence on the development of modern China. Mr. Zhang found the first Chinese film company in Nantong, turned Nantong into a place full of film talents, and helped China move towards its golden age in filming industry.Nantong filmmakers have made distinctive achievements in China’s film development. Those people include the most influential actor at that time, Mr. Zhao Dan, from Nantong. When his films were aired, the whole city would be stirred. In order to memorize these cultural memories, the new generation of Nantong came up with an idea to create a film street by combining film culture and commerce in the planning of the main street for the downtown, which can make more Nantong young people to get familiar with their culture while driving the development of the business circle.

The redesign covers the whole process of brand image building, from the design of package, brand introduction, product catalog to retail space design.

Natural lines are applied to design OLMA’s retail space so as to render the brand’ s elegance, and metal materials and standard dark colors are used in space design, to create a stylish and classical atmosphere. The design is highly commended and introduced in international design magazines.
